When I asked my 5-year-old what colour she wanted When I asked my 5-year-old what colour she wanted her room to be and she said pink, I thought we might as well go all in 🤷‍♀️ Our kids have been such champs this last year moving countries and traveling and sharing rooms and not having their own space so I wanted to make this girls room feel like her, princess crowns and monster trucks and all 🥲 #girlsroomdecor #pinkbedroom #kidsinterior #kidsroomdesign
Me: I’ll just build this IKEA closet Also me: fi Me: I’ll just build this IKEA closet Also me: fine I’d better just paint the room while I’m at it too I vetoed the very bright hot pink because I knew she wouldn’t actually like it fully covering her walls and it would be so overstimulating 😅 but we landed on the prettiest muted but also moody pink that still gives her the dark bold vibe she wanted and I think it’s going to be amazing but phew what a change. That first coat always is rough but we’re trusting the process! #girlsroom #kidsroomdesign #pinkbedroom
